Crafted from 100% sheep’s milk, our marbleized cheeses are a celebration of flavor, craftsmanship, and visual appeal. After two months of careful aging, each wheel is infused with gourmet ingredients – aromatic black truffle, umami-rich black garlic, sweet caramelized onion, savory black olive, or the rich Pedro Ximénez wine. The cheeses are then hand-rubbed and matured for at least three to four months, allowing the flavors to fully integrate and develop a creamy, balanced texture.
