At Alimentias, we’ve been bringing the authentic taste of Spain to the world since 1999.

Our journey began in Manzanares, a small village in Castilla-La Mancha, where we still craft our cheeses following time-honored traditions. The milk from sheep grazing on the surrounding pastures is carefully transformed into exquisite cheeses, preserving the essence of the land.

With 25 years of experience, we’ve grown to become the second-largest producer and exporter of Manchego PDO, alongside a selection of other premium Spanish products, like Marcona almonds — known as the Queen of Almonds.

Our success is rooted in the dedication of our team. From the farmers to the cheesemakers, every step of our process reflects a commitment to quality. Our export team, working across seven departments, ensures that our products reach you with the highest standards, from the field to your table.

Located in Manzanares, Castilla La Mancha, at the heart of Spain,
we carefully craft cheeses at our main dairy following high-quality standards and traditional recipes.

The most special cheeses are then chosen and moved to our cheese aging caves in Jerez de la Frontera
where they mature in various chambers, developing a unique character.

Our company holds globally recognized certifications, 
including BRC Agents and Brokers and IFS Broker for our export operations,
as well as
 BRC Food Safety and IFS Food specifically for our cheese caves and almond plant.
