Our facilities
In Manzanares, right in the heart of Castilla-La Mancha, we make our cheeses with care,
following traditional Spanish methods and high-quality standards.
The most unique ones continue their journey south to our cheese caves in Jerez de la Frontera,
where they slowly age and develop their personality.
Just a few minutes away, in El Puerto de Santa María, we’ve opened our Marcona almond facility—
and it’s also where you’ll find our team, working from the place we call home.

Our company holds globally recognized certifications, including BRC Agents and Brokers and IFS Broker for our export operations, as well as BRC Food Safety and IFS Food specifically for our cheese caves and almond plant.
