Our journey began in a small village in Castilla La Mancha, where the most traditional cheeses are crafted with care.
Here, in Manzanares, the milk from the sheep grazing in the surrounding pastures is transformed into exquisite cheeses, following a century-old tradition.
With 25 years of experience, we’ve grown to become a trusted name in global cheese production.
Today, we proudly stand as the second largest producer and exporter of Manchego PDO, alongside a selection of Spanish delights like Marcona almonds, the Queen of almonds, a 100% Spanish variety.

Located in Manzanares, Castilla La Mancha, at the heart of Spain,
we carefully craft cheeses at our main dairy following high-quality standards and traditional recipes.
The most special cheeses are then chosen and moved to our cheese aging caves in Jerez de la Frontera,
where they mature in various chambers, developing a unique character.
Our company holds globally recognized certifications,
including BRC Agents and Brokers and IFS Broker for our export operations,
as well as BRC Food Safety and IFS Food specifically for our cheese caves and almond plant.
